Makhinur Mamatova Associate Professor and Director of the TALENT program Makhinur Mamatova is an Associate Professor and Director of the TALENT program. She holds a Candidate of Psychological Sciences degree in Medical Psychology from Saint Petersburg State University and completed advanced training in Political Psychology at George Washington University under Dr. Jerrold M. Post. She has extensive international academic experience as a visiting scholar at Indiana University Southeast and as an Erasmus+ visiting professor at Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg and the University of Wuppertal. As a member of the Erasmus+ KA-2 project team, she contributed to the development of the TALENT program and participated in international initiatives on human resources and talent management education. Galina Gorborukova Associate Professor Dr. Galina Gorborukova is the Chair and an Associate Professor in the Sociology Department of 69ɫ. She earned her Ph.D. in Sociology from Kyrgyz State National University and has been with 69ɫ since 2000, serving as Head of the Sociology Department since 2010 (with leadership in General Education from 2013–2016). Dr. Gorborukova was a Visiting Professor at the University of Montreal and is a member of the Canadian Psychological Association, the International Sociological Association, and the Kyrgyzstan Sociological Association. Mehrigiul Ablezova Assistant Professor Ms. Mehrigiul Ablezova is an Assistant Professor in the Sociology Department of 69É«. Her teaching portfolio encompasses diverse subjects, including research methods, economic sociology, globalization, sociology of religion, and sociology of work and organizations. As a highly qualified social science researcher, she boasts extensive experience in various research methodologies. Mehrigiul Ablezova is the co-founder of PIL Research Company in Kyrgyzstan, where she leads applied policy research projects across Central Asia. Ms. Ablezova has undertaken numerous consultancies on applied research, supported by international agencies in Kyrgyzstan and the region. Her work has been published in Theory and Society; Families, Relationships and Societies; Hommes & Migrations; Central Asian Survey as well as in numerous reference research reports. Yevgenia Luzhkova Assistant Professor Graduated from the Bishkek Academy of Finance and Economies in 2001 and after 5 years of work in the tourism sector in Kyrgyzstan, joined Hyatt Regency Bishkek in 2005 as an HR Assistant. Having achieved the position of HR Director in the hotel in 2009, moved for an international assignment as HR Director in Hyatt Regency Dushanbe, Tajikistan. In 2015 accepted an offer to move to Park Hyatt Maldives as HR Business Partner. In 2017 joined Planhotel Hospitality Group as a Group HR Manager for the resorts in Zanzibar, Kenya, Mozambique and Maldives. In 2020 returned to Kyrgyzstan and joined El Group Consulting as a Business Partner of HR Analytics along with opening own business on organic and mindful lifestyle. Akylai Muktarbek kyzy Assistant Professor Akylai Muktarbek kyzy is an Assistant Professor of the Economics Department at 69É«. Currently, a PhD Candidate at the School of Economics and Business, Norwegian University of Life Sciences, she holds an MA in Economics from Central European University in Budapest. Akylai has extensive experience as an applied researcher and consultant, collaborating with state and international organizations such as the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, Ministry of Economy, UNITAR, UNDP, PAGE, and others. Saltanat Imanova Associate Professor Saltanat Imanova holds a PhD in Political Science, Master of Kyrgyz Law, and LL.M. in International and Transnational Law from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago, as well as a certificate from the Straus Institute on ADR, Pepperdine University. Brings over 20 years of experience in civil, corporate, investment, and arbitration law, having served in senior positions across leading law firms and the gold mining industry. Begimai Taalaibek kyzy Office Manager Begimai Taalaibek kyzy is an 69É« Anthropology graduate with research experience in ethnography, cultural studies, and social transformations in Central Asia. She conducted fieldwork in Istanbul on the meaning and history of clothing ornaments and cultural symbols, participated in summer schools in Osh and Kadji-Sai, and completed her senior thesis on how the market economy reshaped family life in post-Soviet Kyrgyzstan.
