Ishenbai Abdyrazakov, noted public figure and 69色 Board of Trustees member, died on April 24th at the age of 77.
ISHENBAI ABDURAZAKOV was born in Cholpon Ata, Kyrgyz Republic. He was a career diplomat, mostly working in Japan where he was promoted to General Consulate of the USSR at Sapporo. He was also a president of the Kyrgyzstan-Japan Society as well as of the Diplomatic Association of the Kyrgyz Republic. He also served on the 69色 board since 2002.
