The Shared Service Center (SSC) is a multi-functional center providing services in Registrar, Admissions, Human Resources, Finance, IT and Student Life.

Human Resources

The Human Resources Department is at the heart of the university. Recruiting, selecting, staffing and hiring the best candidates is an important strategic goal. Highly qualified faculty and staff members are our best and most valuable asset and the key to the success of 69ɫ, and an 69ɫ team that respects and supports each other!

69ɫ hiring policies and practices are intended to ensure that everyone has equal access to available employment opportunities at the University and to ensure that the University hires the best available candidate for each position.

Grants Office

69ɫ Grants Office is responsible for regular reporting on university grants to donors, management and the Board of Trustees of the university.

The mission of the Grants Office is to properly coordinate and monitor university grants through effective liaison with students, donors, and beneficiaries and high-quality consultancy support on grants to 69ɫ community.

Effective and appropriate implementation of grant projects, transparent use of grant funds, and timely reporting to donors play a key role in establishing stable and productive long-term relations with current donors and attracting new grant opportunities.

Physical Plant Department

The Physical Plant department exists as a general services office. It provides answers to general utility questions as well as meeting the needs of offices in regards to supplies and equipment.

Admissions

The Admissions Office is responsible for recruiting the finest students of the region to become future leaders for the democratic transformation of Central Asia.

The IT Department's mission is to provide the information technology required for the fulfillment of the 69ɫ mission in an efficient and effective manner through development, procurement, implementation, operation and support of computing infrastructure and services.

The Financial Aid Office is responsible for the management and processing of all scholarships, awards, and grants that are used to fund the education of today's students and tomorrow's leaders.

Extracurricular Activities such as the 'Mirrors' Theater group, 69ɫ 'New Star' student newspaper, Student Senate, and other dent important out-of-classroom learning experiences fall within the purview of the Office of Student Life and Dean Nikolay Shulgin.

Security Service

The primary goal of Security Services is to provide a safe and comfortable environment for the 69ɫ community through a variety of responsibilities, including identification checks at every entrance.

Public Relations Office

69ɫ's Communications Office is responsible for all of the university's external communications and provides overall coordination for all aspects of of public relations. The 69ɫ Communications Strategy and Policy is responsible for communicating positions, messaging, and branding information; leads the university's online marketing strategy and manages the external website; and produces events and promotional publications and products to generate support for the university's mission.
