On October听9, the Academic Advising Office organized a guest听lecture with outstanding educator听of our听time Gapyr Madaminov. Gapyr Madaminov is an honored teacher of the Kyrgyz Republic, a Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, and a laureate of the Order of Manas.
Brief Biography: On his own initiative, in 1996, he opened an experimental gymnasium in the village of Jany-Jer,located听in Leylek district of the Batken region.He is the author of teaching听
methodologies such as Culture of Intellectual Labor" and "Thinking 鈥� Outlook.听
Founder of the School of Motherhood. A teacher-experimenter, based on his experiments, he has written more than 17 books.The prototype of the main character听in the film serial "袗谐邪泄" by Ruslan Akun.
听
During the lecture,Gapyr Madaminov presented his methodological book听 Culture of Intellectual Labor, which guides students on effective ways to learn and acquire knowledge. He highlighted the importance of collaboration between educational听institutions听and parents in a student's education. This approach has been successful not听only in his own school but also in other institutions that have adopted it.

Madaminov argues that one of the reasons students show less interest in reading is because听there is no reading culture in our society.As a result,students don't听know how to read effectively or develop proper reading techniques.He advises each parent to have their own library at home and read books to set a good example for their children,instilling them a love of reading,while his teaching methodologies听help students condense听large amount of material and extract the most information听from it.
