The Student Intellectual Life Committee (SILC) supports student-initiated projects, professional development opportunities, and student research. 听From August 30 - September 2, 2016 American University of Central Asia (69色) hosted a free and public Audio Journalism Workshop organized by Taxi Taxi, an innovative storytelling podcast from the South Caucasus.
The podcast's founders, Billie Jean Stirewalt and Vladic Ravich, led three days of classes to teach participants how to develop stories, record interviews, and get their shows to the public. The workshop was well-received and attended by a wide range of participants, including 69色 students and professors.听
