If you are interested in taking an听OSUN听course听in听Fall听2023, please get acquainted with the following eligibility criteria, as well as general information and rules you have to follow before you start the registration process.

听

69色 students must use听听to register for听OSUN听courses听offered by 69色.听Please note that听OSUN听courses offered at 69色 are treated as regular 69色 courses. If 2, 3, 4th- year (study year at the start of courses) students register for听OSUN听courses offered by 69色, their maximum semester load is still 33 credits (regular load).听

• Full-time students;
• Sophomore, junior, senior years of study;
• Cumulative GPA: 3.0 (minimum);
• Fulfilling prerequisite requirements, if any.

听

General information and rules:

• All听courses听are offered听online.
• All听courses听are in the local time of the university offering a听course, so students need to check with Bishkek time.听
• Since space for each听course听is limited, seats will be offered on a first come first served basis.
• Since space for each听course听is limited, students are allowed to take up to 6 ECTS (69色) credits for听OSUN听credits.听
• It is each student's responsibility to receive approval of their advisor to take an听OSUN听course of their interest and ensure it covers the necessary graduation requirement for them.听听
• Submitting a course application on the听OSUN听portal implies that a student received advisor approval to take that course.
• Students taking听OSUN听courses听will be allowed to take up to 36听credits听鈥� this includes both 69色 and听OSUN听course听credits听- in the听fall听semester听2023听in order to be able to take these听courses. This means that if students would like to take an听OSUN听course, they need to leave free听credits听so that their total credits of听69色 and听OSUN听courses for听Fall听2023听do not exceed 36听credits.
• In order to be eligible to receive an听OSUN听student mobility grant award, applicants must have participated in or be enrolled in听at least one听OSUN听Online听Course.

NOTE:听the 36-credit rule will only apply to students taking听Fall听2023听OSUN听courses听outside听of 69色.听See an example and explanations below for more clarity.

• All听courses听are free and no separate payment is required as long as students鈥� total semester load (69色 and听OSUN听credits) is no more than 36 credits. Please take听OSUN听course credits into account when calculating your total credits for the semester, otherwise you will be required to pay for the overload if you exceed the maximum number of credits allowed 鈥� 36.
• Students will receive grades for听courses. The听grade received for the听OSUN听course听will affect overall GPA.
• Students no longer have to transfer听OSUN听courses听into 69色 by submitting the transfer form.听OSUN听courses听will be added to each student's 69色 transcript manually by the Registrar's Office after the end of the add-drop period in September听2023. Grades for听courses听will be added based on official transcripts that 69色 will receive from the听OSUN听course听host institution.听

For example:

A student wants to take the maximum load of 36 credits in听Fall听2023,听and register for the听OSUN听course titled Civic Engagement course offered by Bard College, which is 6 ECTS credits. The steps to take would be:

1. To register for 69色 courses through the 69色 OR for no more than 30 credits and make sure there are no time conflicts between the student鈥檚 69色 courses and an听OSUN听course, in this case - Civic Engagement course;
2. If there are no time conflicts, register for the 6 ECTS-credit Civic Engagement course on the听听and wait to be accepted. When accepted, students receive a notification email.听
3. To submit the course commitment form on the听OSUN听portal and wait to receive access to course materials and wait for the听OSUN听course to be added to 69色 transcript in September听2023听after the end of the add-drop period by the Registrar鈥檚 Office.听
4. Please note that the course host institution might request additional information from students听(a copy of the passport, a request to submit a specific form, etc.) in order to officially enroll them in the course offered at the host university.听

• 69色 students must use听听to register for听OSUN听courses听offered by 69色.
• To register for听OSUN听courses听offered outside听of 69色, students have to apply on the听.听
